Write to us with your boat model and the approximate deck measurements. The more data the better. You can also send plans or photos.
Custom design
Our technical team prepares a scaled layout adapted to your boat's exact geometry. We send it to you for approval.
Quote
We send you a detailed quote within 24–48 h. No small print. The price includes design, CNC cutting and packaging for shipping.
CNC production
Once the order is confirmed, we cut each piece to millimetre precision from the plans. Certified high-density nautical polyethylene foam.
Delivery & installation
You receive numbered pieces ready to install, along with a step-by-step guide. Bonding with marine contact adhesive takes an afternoon.

Frequently asked questions
How long does the full process take?
From order confirmation to delivery, 7 to 12 business days. For urgent orders, check availability.
Do I need special tools for installation?
No. Just marine contact adhesive (we'll tell you which), a roller and time. An average 10 m² deck takes 4–6 hours to install.
Can it be removed if I change boats?
Yes, carefully using an appropriate solvent to loosen the adhesive. The foam can be reused if removed with care.
What maintenance does it require?
Virtually none. A freshwater rinse after sailing. For stubborn stains, neutral soap. No oils or varnishes needed.
Does it withstand Mediterranean UV?
Yes. The foam has integrated UV stabilisers and a 10-year warranty against solar discolouration.
Can I order just one area of the deck?
Of course. Cockpit, bow, walkways or any specific zone. You don't need to cover the whole boat to start.
